THE CELL™ Works

By adding a small amount of highly combustible HHO
Gas (Hydrogen + Oxygen) to the fuel mixture going into the combustion
chamber, the existing diesel in the new mix burns at a much higher
rate. You need less
diesel to accomplish optimim combustion, you save on every stroke
of the piston.
Hydrogen burns nearly one order of magnitude (ten
times) faster than petroleum fuels, thus approaching ideal thermodynamic
cycle; and hydrogen has a shorter flame quench distance, allowing
flames to travel closer to the cold zones, thus improving combustion.
HHO Gas is injected directly into the intake manifold,
as it travels into the combustion chamber it acts as an accelerant
on the diesel molecules creating a highly efficent burn rate.
Are there changes made to the engine?
No, the diesel engine itself is virtually unchanged,
except for the addition of HHO gas (hydrogen + oxygen) into the
injection system and the ECU, fitted externally to the engine. The
Cell is installed and calibrated automatically to maintain in-cylinder
temperatures and pressures that are within those of pure diesel
operations, so the converted engine operates within the designed
limits of the original engine.
Engine System Integration
The Cell components will not affect the base engine's
robustness and durability, a return to pure diesel in the event
of Cell failure is done on the fly with no intervention neccesary.
If the Cell becomes non-functional for any reason, the system simply
returns to a diesel only fuel.
