The Cell Series 8000

THE CELL Series 8000 is a pair of cells in a kit developed for class A and B trucks, coach buses and marine engines from 5.7 to 16 liters in size. The pair of cells produces 8 to 12 liters per minute of high quality hydrogen gas. The Cell and componets mounted in an aluminum case ready to install and comes with a digital PCS (primary control system).

PCS, (primary control system)... Features:

1. Automatically adjusts the Hydrogen Gas output based on the demand the engine is needing.

2. Determines engine load, adjusts engine parameters, and integrates Hydrogen Gas accordingly.

3. Determines fluid temp and adjusts pump rate.

4. Adjusts pump flow based on amperage / demand load to match.

5. So efficient the amperage has been cut almost in half due to a proprietary algorithm in controlling the frequencies.

6. Tyco Shure seal plugs on all connections.

7. Self checks all systems prior to starting up.

8. No more need for "confirming"engine on status....it's done automatically.

9. Foam or high water level built in and causes a 2 min shutdown.

10. Separate Filter warning for moisture buildup.

11. Data logging of all events, low water, etc...with time stamp.

12. Optional next generation of GPS, data link streams to send to customers.

13. No driver input with controller needed.

14. Three levels of voltage isolation for the "dirty DC" trucks.

15. Intelligent heat control of the heated hoses and tank.

16. Interfaces to ECC engine computer

17. Recent SAE Certified test on ISX series have yielded over 24.5% savings on an 2009 pollution equipment engine !
